IMPLEMENTING MANAGEMENT TOOLS

Usually, coming to an active farm, which already works in the same manner for years, and try to change the way they do things is close to impossible.

We can make it work.

We have already done it with Tropo-Farms, a large leading tilapia growers in Ghana, while implementing the state-of-the-are AquaManager software into their day-to-day working protocol, with a huge sucsses.
 

We have also made it with Regal Springs, the worlds largest tilapia growers, while running a survey and serve some  important suggstions regarding the daily operation of the farm, and developing new management tools for the high-level company's exacutives.

CONNECTING AND MEDIATING COMPANIES

When companies from different areas of experties try to work together, it can be challenging.
We can make those connections: we speak the "fish's language", the "grower's language" and the "industry's language", which makes it easier for us to make those connections.
Our client, EDF Renewable, commissioned a large-scale project recently, floating PV over fish ponds, making a dream a reality as a leading Israeli project and a pilot that will pave the way for upcoming such projects.
